<br />In completing this form, the locality should consider Month 1 as beginning <br />upon the execution of their TRRP contract. COHO staff will enter the <br />execution date on this form before returning the executed contract to the <br />locality. <br /> <br />Please note that the obligation of funds toward specific projects is divided <br />into two sections. First, indicate at which point 35 percent of program will <br />be committed to specific projects and, secondly, at which point will 100% of <br />funds be committed. <br /> <br />NOTE: PLEASE PROVIDE A TIME TABLE WHICH YOU FEEL IS REALISTIC. KEEP IN MIND <br />THAT THERE ARE MANY PRELIMINARY DOCUMENTS WHICH NEED TO BE CREATED AT THE <br />STARTUP OF THE PROGRAM AND THAT MARKETING THE PROGRAM ALSO NEEDS TIME. <br /> <br />-13- <br />
