<br />B. <br /> <br />PROGRAM DESIGN FACTORS <br /> <br />The following questions and tables request information that will be used to <br />score the project design factors under the 1986 competition. Applicants <br />should note that information provided in this section will be incorporated <br />into the performance statement of all TRRP contracts, if funded. Therefore, <br />localities should be realistic in providing estimates of benefits. <br /> <br />Localities may leave a question or form blank; however, the applicant will <br />receive zero points on any selection factor that is based on the missing <br />information. <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />Developer/Owner Interest and Units for Larger Families - Table 2 <br />POINTS <br /> <br />BONUS <br /> <br />The information on Table 2 will be used to score applications on factors <br />related to developer/owner interest and the percentage of rehabilitated <br />units that will have two or more bedrooms (thus will be available for <br />families with children). <br /> <br />Column A - Name of Developer Owner <br /> <br />Provide the name of each developer/owner who has indicated a <br />willingness to participate in TRRP assisted activities. Each <br />individual/firm listed must be supported by a letter of <br />interest. (See Appendix VI for a sample letter of interest.) <br /> <br />Column B - Number of Units to be Rehabilitated <br /> <br />Across from each developer/owner provide the number of units <br />that the developer/owner has indicated will be rehabilitated if <br />funds are available. <br /> <br />Column C - Number of Units with One Bedroom <br /> <br />For each developer/owner, provide the number of units listed in <br />Column B that will have one bedroom following rehabilitation. <br /> <br />Column D - Number of Units with Two or More Bedrooms <br /> <br />for each developer/owner provide the number of units listed in <br />Column B that will have two or more bedrooms following <br />rehab i 1 Hat i on. <br /> <br />Column E - Number of Units with Three or More Bedrooms <br /> <br />The requirement is that at least 15% of funds must be allocated <br />for this. <br /> <br />-15- <br />
