<br />2. <br /> <br />Private Financial Institution Commitments - Table 3 BONUS POINTS <br /> <br />Information on Table 3 will be used to score the selection factor related <br />to the extent of private financial institutions to participate in the <br />proposed local TRRP effort. <br /> <br />Column A - Name of Financial Institution <br /> <br />list each private financial institution that has indicated it <br />will provide financing toward the split subsidy if the TRRP <br />application is funded. Each listing must be supported by a <br />letter of commitment from the financial institution. See <br />Appendix VII for a sample letter of commitment. <br /> <br />Column B - Dollars Committed <br /> <br />For each listing, provide the maximum dollar amount that has <br />been committed by the financial institution. <br /> <br />Column C - Minimum Interest Rate <br /> <br />for each listing, provide the minimum interest rate that will be <br />charged to developers/owners participating in the rental <br />rehabilitation program. This rate is not binding and can change <br />between the time of application and the closing of any <br />TRRP-related loans. <br /> <br />Column 0 - Maximum Loan Term in Years <br /> <br />for each listing, provide the maximum loan term in years for <br />TRRP-related loans made by the financial institution.
