<br />SPECIAL NOTE <br />NEIGHBORHOOD #14 <br /> <br />TWO RIVERS EAST <br /> <br />The boundaries of neighborhood 14, Two Rivers East, are <br />expanded to include the Fairlawn Addition (Hackberry, Crepe <br />Myrtle and Pecan Streets) which are otherwise included in <br />the Census Neighborhood Definition "Remainder of the Area" <br />which is indicated with a median family income of $12,008. <br />The Fairlawn Addition is included in Census Tract 103, Block <br />101 and 107, for which the median value of owner occupied <br />housing is $24,200 (Block 107, Block 101 unavailable) <br />compared to a SMSA median value of $57,400. Also, the <br />boundary of Neighborhood 14 is expanded eastward to the <br />Blanco River, an area annexed subsequent to the 1980 CensQs. <br />This expansion area was included in Census Tract 103 in <br />1980, for which the median family was indicated as $10,208. <br />
