<br />13.1 <br /> <br />BASIC COMPENSATION <br /> <br />13.1.1 <br /> <br />For Basic Services, as described in Paragraphs 1.1 through 1.5, <br /> <br />and any other services included in Article 14 as part of Basic <br /> <br />Services, <br /> <br />Basic Compensation shall be computed as follows: <br /> <br />Fixed <br /> <br />Fee <br /> <br />contract <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />Sixteen <br /> <br />Thousand <br /> <br />Fifty <br /> <br />Dollars And <br /> <br />No/lOOs ($16,050.00) unless otherwise approved <br /> <br />in <br /> <br />writing <br /> <br />by <br /> <br />Owner. <br /> <br />13.1.2 <br /> <br />Where <br /> <br />compensation <br /> <br />is based on a Stipulated Sum, payments for <br /> <br />Basic Services shall be made as provided in Subparagraph 5.1.1, <br /> <br />so <br /> <br />that <br /> <br />Basic <br /> <br />Compensation <br /> <br />for each Phase shall equal the following percentages <br /> <br />of the total Basic Compensation payable: <br /> <br />Schematic Design Phase <br /> <br />30% <br /> <br />Design Development Phase and Construction <br />Contract Documents Phase <br /> <br />50% <br /> <br />Bidding Phase <br /> <br />10% <br /> <br />Construction Phase--Administration of the <br />Construction Contract <br /> <br />10% <br /> <br />TOTAL <br /> <br />100% <br /> <br />13.2 <br /> <br />COMPENSATION FOR ADDITIONAL SERVICES <br /> <br />13.2.1 <br /> <br />For Additional <br /> <br />Services <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />Engineer, <br /> <br />as <br /> <br />described <br /> <br />in <br /> <br />Paragraph <br /> <br />1. 6, <br /> <br />and any other services included in Article 14 as part of <br /> <br />Additional Services, Compensation shall be computed as follows: <br /> <br />Registered Professional Engineer <br />Registered Public Surveyor <br />Graduate Engineer <br />Engineering Technician <br />Surveying Technician <br />Researcher <br />Draftsman <br />Secretary <br />4 Man Survey Field <br />3 Man Survey Field <br />2 Man Survey Field <br />Expenses at Cost <br />13.2.2 No payment shall be made by Owner to <br /> <br />Crew <br />Crew <br />Crew <br /> <br />$60.00 <br />$60.00 <br />$50.00 <br />$50.00 <br />$50.00 <br />$35.00 <br />$35.00 <br />$20.00 <br />$90.00 <br />$75.00 <br />$60.00 <br /> <br />Engineer <br /> <br />for <br /> <br />Additional <br /> <br />Services <br /> <br />of Consultants, including additional structural, mechanical and <br /> <br />electrical engineering services. <br /> <br />L3.3 <br /> <br />Reimbursable <br /> <br />Expenses shall be paid in accordance with Article <br /> <br />4 herein. <br /> <br />13.4 <br /> <br />The Owner and the Engineer agree in accordance with <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />Terms <br /> <br />and Conditions of this Agreement that: <br /> <br />-17- <br />
