<br />a. For Designs, Plans and Specifications: For preparation of <br />the Designs, Plans and Specifications ~()r the work authorized <br />by the Owner, Paragraph 2olL ~ the Engineer sha11 be <br />compen~ated on a lump SUI basis for $92,357. The cost for <br />this work is ineligible for EPA reimbursement. The Engineer <br />may sub8it requests for partial payment based on the amount <br />of work cOnlplete; however, the SUII total of those payments <br />shall not exceed nfnety (90) percent of the total <br />fee at t1H of subllittal of the ffnal Plans and <br />Specifications to the Owner. The final ten (10) percent <br />shall bit due and payable upon approval of the Plans and <br />Specifications by the Texas Department of Water Resources and <br />the Environmental Protection Agency. <br /> <br />b. For User Sewer Charge: For the preparation of the User Sewer <br />Charge, Paragraph 2.b., the Engineer shall be paid in <br />accordance wi th the Schedul e of Charges as shown on <br />Attachment B. However, the fee shall not exceed two thousand <br />five hundred dollars ($2,500) without written authorization <br />from the City Council. Payment shall become due and payable <br />upon approval of the User Sewer Charge by the TDWR and the <br />EPA. The cost for this work is ineligfble for EPA <br />re1mbursenaent. <br /> <br />c. <br /> <br />For Draft Sewer Use Ordi nance: For the preparation of the <br />Draft Sewer Use Ordinance, Paragraph 2.c., the Engineer shall <br />be paid in accordance with the Schedule of Charges as shown <br />on Attachment B. However, thi s fee shall not exceed two <br />thousand doll ars (S2,OOO) wt thout wri tten authori zati on from <br />the City Council. Payment shall become due and payable upon <br />submittal of the Draft Sewer Use Ordinance to the Owner. The <br />cost for this work ts fneligible for EPA reimbursement. <br /> <br />For Preliminary Plan of Operation: For the preparation of <br />the Preliminary Plan of Operation, Paragraph Z.d., the <br />Engineer shall be pai<: in accordance with the Schedule of <br />Charges as shown on Attachment B. However, this fee shall <br />not exceed one thousand five hundred dollars (S1,500) without ÀzII <br />wri tten authori zatton from the City Council. Payz:mlt shall becaœ <br />due and payable upon submittal of the Preliminary Plan of <br />Operation to the Owner. The cost for this work is ineligible <br />for EPA reimbursement. <br /> <br />d. <br /> <br />e. For General Representation and Observation During <br />Constructi on: For Genera 1 Representati on and Observati on <br />durlng construction, paragràph 2.e., the Engineer shall be <br />compensated the lump sum of ,twenty three thousand six hundred <br />and fifteen dollars ($23,615). The total eligible for EPA <br />reimbursement h $22,967, the remaining $648 15 ineligible <br />for EPA reimbursement. <br /> <br />4 <br />
