RESOLUTION 2013 -176R <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br />MARCOS, TEXAS, APPROVING THE PURCHASE AND <br />INSTALLATION OF GAMETIME PLAYGROUND EQUIPMENT FOR <br />THE COMMUNITY SERVICES DEPARTMENT, IN THE AMOUNT OF <br />$125,842.26 FROM TOTAL RECREATION PRODUCTS, INC. THROUGH <br />THE TEXAS LOCAL GOVERNMENT PURCHASING COOPERATIVE <br />BUYBOARD CONTRACT FOR PARKS AND RECREATION SUPPLIES, <br />EQUIPMENT AND INSTALLATION, SUPPLEMENTAL (CONTRACT <br />#423 -13); AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASING MANAGER TO <br />EXECUTE THE APPROPRIATE PURCHASING DOCUMENTS ON <br />BEHALF OF THE CITY AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS: <br />PART 1. The purchase and installation of GameTime playground equipment for the <br />Community Services Department from Total Recreation Products, Inc. through the Texas Local <br />Government Purchasing Cooperative Buyboard contract for Parks and Recreation Supplies, <br />Equipment and Installation, Supplemental (Contract #423 -13) in the amount of $125,842.26 is <br />approved. <br />PART 2. The Purchasing Manager is authorized to execute the appropriate <br />purchasing documents on behalf of the City. <br />PART 3.
