(v) Seismic site class as defined by IBC 2006, Table 1613.5.2; <br />(vi) groundwater considerations; and <br />(vii) tunneling and open cut excavation requirements /considerations. <br />(e) Utility construction considerations, including: <br />(i) site drainage; <br />(ii) site preparation; <br />(iii) fill materials; <br />(iv) fill placement compaction <br />(v) excavation considerations; and <br />(f) Since site grading plans can result in changes in the subgrade conditions, final site grading plans <br />will be helpful information in the preparation of engineering recommendations. In the absence <br />of site grading information, geotechnical subconsultant will prepare recommendations based on <br />the existing topography. <br />(g) The final report will be reproduced in 1 spirally -bound copy and a digital PDF file will also be <br />provided. <br />5. The Engineer will meet with the geotechnical subconsultant on a regular basis to coordinate their <br />work on the project. <br />D. CATHODIC PROTECTION <br />1. Data Analysis and Laboratory Testing as described above. <br />2. Corrosion Control Design <br />(a) Design and prepare drawings and technical specifications for joint bonding and electrical <br />isolation, corrosion control test stations, cathodic protection for AWWA C200 welded steel pipe <br />and AWWA C 151 ductile iron pipe. <br />II. ADDITIONAL SERVICES <br />A. DEVELOPER COORDINATION <br />1. If coordination with developers or changes are required based on COSM developer coordination, <br />design services will be provided with written authorization from COSM. <br />B. EASEMENT/UTILITY COORDINATION <br />1. If additional coordination is required for easement and utility service, a written authorization will be <br />provided by COSM. <br />III.
