EXHIBIT A FJELD NOTES: A parcel of land containing 2.923 acres out of tha t 132.65 acres out of the T. G. McGehee Survey, Hays County, Texas, conveyea by that deed of partition from the estates of Mrs. Mary Patterson and her husband. w. W. pa t te'cson, to Ohren R.Patterson which was recorded in Volume 1/ 7, pages 289-298 of the deed records of sõia county; this 2.923 acre parcel is more particularly described by metes and bounds as follows: Beginning at the point of intersection of the north right of way I ine of state Highway 2( and an extension of the centerline of Runway 12 of the San /./arcos Airport, opposite the highway centerline station of 143 + 72. 93; thence South 53°-05'-00HWest a(ong the said right of way line a distance of 202.00 feet to the south corner of this parcel, which is marked with an alu~- inum capped iron rod; thence North 44°-58'-5/"West a distance of 46.22 feet to d point which is mark- ed with an aluminum capped iron rod; thence North 45°-01' -09"East a distance of 150.00 feet to a point marked with an a(uminum capped iron rod which is southwesterly a distance of 50.00 feet from the extended centerline of said runway; thence North 44°-58'-51"West along a line parallel to and 50.00 feet south- westerly from the extended centerline of said runway a distance .of 1300.00 to a point which;is marked with an aluminum capped iron rod; thence North 45°-01'~09"East a distance of 50.00 feet to a point on the ex- tended centerline of the said runway; thence North 45°-01'-09"East a distance of 25.00 feet to a point which is mar~- ed with an aluminum capped iron rod; thence South 44°-58'-51"East along a line parallel to and 25.00 feet north- easterly from the extended centerline of the said runway a distance of 1300.00 feet to a point which is marked with an aluminum capped iron rod; thence North 45°-01 '-09"East a distance of 175.00 feet to a point which is marked with an aluminum capped iron rod; thence South 44"'-58'-5/'East a distance of 102.90 feet to a point which is marked with an aluminum capped iron red on the said north right of way line; thence South 53°-0S'-OO'West along the said right of way fine a distance of 202.00 feet to the point of beginning.
