Page 355 of the Hays County Deed of Trust Records: WENCE leaving the V\esley Chapel tract and crossing lot 5, with the northwest line of the Wade tract S41°36'00"W 90.18 feet to an iron rod set for a re-entrant east corner of this tract and the west corner of the Wade tract; THENCE with the common line of the Wade tract and the City of San Marcos to Antioch Church of CUr lord Jesus Christ tract S50o12'00"E 27.47 feet to an iron pipe found for a salient east corner of this tract and the north corner of that t:ract conveyed by Clint Kirk, et ux, to the City of San Marcos by deed dated April 6,1978 and recorded in Volume 308, Page 493 of the Hays County Deed Records; THENCE with the northwest line of said City of San Marcos tract, 848°08 '05"W 44.89 feet to an iron pipe found for the south corner of this tract and the west corner of the City of San Marcos tract, and in the northeast line of Shady Lane; 'THENCE with the northeast line of Shady Lane N46°04 'OO"W 114.91 feet to the PLACE OF BffiINNING. There are contained within these metes and bounds 0.276 acres of land, more or less, as surveyed on the ground during August, 1984 by C. Mark Roden, R. P. S. #4288, Byrn and Associates of San Marcos, Texas, being located at the corner of Shady Lane and Center Street. Section 2. That this Ordinance shall be in effect ten (10) days from and after its passage and after its publication in a newspaper of general circulation in the area.
