<br /> -4- <br />agrees to either relocate all such Lessee-owned facilities to the said <br />alternative location, or provide comparable facilities to Lessee at no <br />cost to the Lessee, other than the rent and fees required under this <br />Agreement. <br />G. RIGHT OF ENTRY. The Airport Manager, may enter upon The Premises <br />leased to the Lessee at any reasonable time, and for any purpose <br />necessary, incidental to, or connected with the performance of the <br />Lessee's obligations under this Agreement or in the exercise of the <br />Airport Manager's function as Airport Manager. <br /> ARTICLE IV <br /> APPURTENANT PRIVILEGES <br />A. USE OF AIRPORT FACILITIES. Lessee shall be entitled, in common <br />with others so authorized, to the use of all facilities and <br />improvements of a public nature which now are or may hereafter be <br />connected with or appurtenant to the Airport, including the use of <br />landing areas, runways, taxiways, navigational aids, terminal <br />facilities and aircraft parking areas designated by City. <br />B. MAINTENANCE OF AIRPORT FACILITIES. City reserves the right, but <br />shall not be obligated to Lessee, to maintain and keep in repair the <br />landing areas of the Airport and all publicly-owned facilities of the <br />Airport, together with the right to direct and control all activities <br />of Lessee in this regard. <br />C. AERIAL APPROACHES. City reserves the right to take any action it <br />considers necessary to protect the aerial approaches of the Airport <br />against obstruction, together with the right to prevent Lessee from <br />erecting, or permitting to be erected, any building or other structure <br />on or adjacent to the Airport which, in the opinion of the City, ",ould <br />limit the usefulness of the Airport or constitute a hazard to aircraft. <br /> ARTICLE V <br /> P;l\YMENTS <br />A. RENT AND FEES. In consideration of the rights and privileges <br />granted by this Agreement, Lessee agrees to pay City during the term of <br />this Agreement the following: <br />
