Review of
the lease shows compliance with all provisions with the following
exceptions: (1) No Use Plan, as required annually by lease, has been
submitted; (2) Requirement for 25 foot safety area edges of runways is
not being met in some areas.
Texas Championship A:.'~ Races

This lease is for an annual air show. The 1984 option was not
exercised. Lease expired in 1984.
~-Hangars

The t-hangars are leased by the City on a month-to-month basis. They
currently have a 96% occupancy rate, with a waiting list of 16. (One
unit is out of service with bad doors.) The t-hangar doors on all
three buildings are in need of major repairs immediately. Serious
drainage proolems compound the problem. Some of the units are on the
verge of being unusable.
