RESOLUTION 2013 -192R <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br />MARCOS, TEXAS, APPROVING THE PURCHASE OF LUMINAIRES <br />FROM KBS ELECTRICAL DISTRIBUTION, INC. FOR THE PUBLIC <br />SERVICES DEPARTMENT — ELECTRIC UTILITY DIVISION IN THE <br />AMOUNT OF $168,687.75; AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASING <br />MANAGER TO EXECUTE THE APPROPRIATE PURCHASING <br />DOCUMENTS ON BEHALF OF THE CITY AND DECLARING AN <br />EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS: <br />PART 1. The purchase of luminaires (IFB 214 -024), from KBS Electrical <br />Distribution, Inc. for the Public Services Department - Electric Utility Division in the amount of <br />$168,687.75 is approved. <br />PART 2. The Purchasing Manager is authorized to execute the appropriate <br />purchasing documents on behalf of the City. <br />PART 3.
