7.13. Mediation. In the event of any dispute between the Parties, if there is no specific <br />requirement for mediation involving the dispute contained in this Agreement, the Parties agree <br />that such dispute shall be submitted to mediation administered by a mutually agreeable mediator. <br />The Parties shall allow a period of ninety (90) days for mediation. If at the end of ninety (90) <br />days, the dispute has not been successfully resolved through mediation, any Party may take such <br />action as permitted by applicable law and this Agreement. <br />7.14. Effective Date of Creation of the Zone. The Zone is created effective prior to the <br />commencement of the 2014 tax year, December 31, 2013. <br />7.15. Amendment of Agreement. This Agreement may be amended by unanimous <br />consent of all Parties. <br />7.16. Resolution of Certain Issues. In the event questions arise that the Parties agree <br />are minor and deal with clarification of language or exhibits or corrects language or exhibits to <br />reflect the intent of the Parties, changes to the Agreement may be made by the Parties and <br />attached to the Agreement and shall be a part of the Agreement. <br />7.17. Other Funding Not Affected. Other funds provided to the Rail District by the <br />City, at the City's discretion, shall not affected by this Agreement and the City shall make a <br />separate dccision on whether to fund and the amount of funding of separate funding agreements. <br />IN WITNESS HEREOF, THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS AND THE LONE STAR <br />RAII, DISTRICT have made and executed this Agreement in multiple originals on the dates set <br />out herein. <br />19.. <br />
