Drive shall be the absentee <br /> clerk's mailing address to which ballot applications and <br /> ballots voted by mail may be sent for said School District. <br /> Absentee votes shall be delivered to the Canvassing Board at <br /> C.M. Allen Homes at 12:00 noon on April 6, 1985. The <br /> Absentee Voting Canvassing Board shall consist of Pre- <br /> siding Judge Margie Villalpando and Alternate Judge Mary <br /> Ann Till. Absentee votes shall be counted at the central <br /> counting station. The special canvassing board shall per- <br /> form in accordance with the provisions of Articles 1.15 <br /> and 5.05, Texas Election Code. <br /> SECTION 3.
