<br /> 22 <br /> RESOLUTION 1985-23R <br /> A RESJWTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br /> MARCOS, TEXAS APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF A <br /> PROroSED ADDENDUM 'IO THAT INTERIDCAL AGREEMENT BETI'JEEN <br /> THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS AND .HAYS COUNTY, TEXAS <br /> ENTERED IN'IO AS OF OC'IOBER 15, 1984,10 PROVIDE FDR <br /> VARIANCES 'IO CERTAIN PLATTING, ZONING, BUI WING, AND <br /> SITE-DEVELOPMENT PROCEDURES RJT ~1()T PROVIDING FDR <br /> VARIANCES 'IO ANY SUBSTANTIVE REQUIREMENTS OF SAID <br /> RULES AND REGULATIONS; AUTHORIZING '!HE MAYOR 10 <br /> EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF SAID CITY AND <br /> DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to the Interlocal Cooperation Act, Article 4413 <br />(32c), V.T.C.S., as arœnded, the City Counc il of the City of San <br />Marcos, Texas desires to mrend that intergovernmental agreement <br />entered into ef fecti ve October 15, 1984 with Hays County, Texas <br />regarding governmental functions and services, i.e., for said County's <br />developrnen t of the Hays County Memrial Hospital tract; and, <br />WHEREAS, it is necessary to clarify the requirements that the <br />County must rœet in developing said property; now, therefore, <br />BE IT RESJLVED BY '!HE CITY COUNCIL OF '!HE CITY OF SAN ~1ARCOS, <br />TEXAS: <br />PART 1. 'Ihat the terms and conditions of the proposed Addendum 1b <br />The Interlocal Þgreerænt Between The City of San Marcos, Texas and Hays <br />County, Texas entered into effective October 15,1984, a copy of which <br />said Addendum is attached hereto and incorporated herein for all <br />purposes for said County's corrpliance with various rules and <br />regula tions rela ting to the building process are hereby approved. <br />PART 2. That the Mayor of said City, Emmie Craddock, be, and she <br />is hereby, authorized to execute said Addendum on behalf of said City. <br />PART 3.
