<br /> 77 <br /> ORDINANCE 1985-36 <br /> AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, AMENDING <br /> CHAPTER 29, ARTICLE VII OF THE SAN MARCOS <br /> CODE OF ORDINANCES BY ADDING SUBSECTION <br /> (d) TO SECTION 29-152 PROVIDING FOR <br /> <:J:) TOW-AWAY LOADING ZONES: AND, DECLARING AN <br /> ~ EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> ~ <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br /> MARCOS, TEXAS: <br /> SECTION 1. That the San Marcos Code of Ordinances <br /> be amended by the addition of subsection (d) to Section <br /> 29-152 of Chapter 29, Article VII as follows: <br /> (d) It shall be unlawful for any person to <br /> cause, allow, or permit any vehicle registered in <br /> his or her name or operated by him or her to be or <br /> remain in any space or area marked tow-away <br /> loading zone unless the vehicle is there to be <br /> loaded or unloaded. Any vehicle found violating <br /> this subsection may be removed in accord with the <br /> provisions of subsection (c). Tow-away loading <br /> zones are hereby designated as: <br /> The south side of Hutchison Street <br /> beginning at a point 20 feet east of the edge <br /> of L.B.J. to a point 80 feet east of the edge <br /> of L.B.J. The zone shall be in force Monday <br /> through Sunday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. <br /> SECTION 2.
