<br /> EXHIBIT A <br /> FIELD NOTE DESCRIPTION OF A <br /> 0.015 ACRE DRAINAGE EASEMENT <br /> Being a tract of land containing 0.015 acres (647 square feet) <br /> located in the J. M. Veramendi League No.2, in the City of San Marcos, <br /> Hays County, Texas, and being a portion of that tract of land conveyed to <br /> Vice Real Estate and recorded as Tract One and Tract Two in Volume 295, <br /> Page 476 of the Deed Records of Hays County, Texas, said 0.015 acres being <br /> more particularly described by metes and bounds as follows: <br /> BEGINNING at the most southerly corner of said Tract Two being also <br /> the most easterly corner of a 20.76 acre tract conveyed to The Housing <br /> Authority of San Marcos, and recorded in Volume 222, Page 538 of said Deed <br /> Records, <br /> THENCE along the southwesterly line of said Tract Two and <br /> northeasterly line of said 20.76 acre tract N45O30'W a distance of 35.00 <br /> fee~ to the mos~ westerly corner hereof; <br /> THENCE departing said southwesterly line N88°34'E, a distance of <br /> 51.48 feet to a point on the southeasterly line of said Tract One; <br /> THENCE along said southeasterly line S45O451W, at a distance of <br /> 11.00 feet passing the southerly corner of said Tract One, being also the <br /> easterly corner of said Tract Two, and continuing along the southeasterly <br /> line of said Tract Two, for a total distance of 37.00 feet to the POINT OF <br /> BEGINNING, containing within these metes and bounds 0.015 acres (647 square <br /> feet) of land, more or less. <br /> Freese and Nichols, Inc. <br /> 771Y~J. ~ 3/3/85 <br /> Michael T.
