2013 Update of Water and Wastewater Impact Fees <br />2.0 UTILITY SERVICE AND FEE APPLICATION AREA <br />The City of San Marcos' proposed state - certificated water and wastewater service areas, shown <br />below and on the next page, are the areas in which the impact fees is intended to be charged. <br />These fee application service areas would be the locations in which San Marcos may levy the <br />impact fees, in -part or in -full, if City service is provided.
