2013 Update of Water and Wastewater Impact Fees 7.0 ALTERNATIVE MAXIMUM IMPACT FEE CALCULATIONS Table 8 summarizes the full unit capital costs of providing new service, the two alternative credit calculations for new customers, and the maximum fee calculation for each of the rate credit options. In this update, the maximum water impact fee is calculated at $2,285 per LUE and the maximum wastewater impact fee is calculated at $3,506 per LUE for a maximum combined water and wastewater impact fee of $5,791. Compared to current fee amounts, the updated maximum water fee is $181 less per LUE, but the maximum wastewater fee is $1,321 per LUE higher, resulting in the newly updated maximum fee being $1,140 per LUE higher than current fee levels.
