That SUbsection (b) of Section 2-74, Disclosure of <br />Interest, of Article V. Code of Ethics., Division 1 of Chapter 2 of the <br />Code of Ordinances of the City of San Marcos, Texas is hereby arænded <br />to read as follows: <br /> Sec. 2-74. Disclosure of Interest. <br /> . . . . <br /> (b) the officer shall publicly disclose verbally or in <br />wri ting the nature and extent of such interest to <br />the body on which the officer serves prior to any <br />discussion or determination of the matter to be <br />considered or Dnmediately u);X)n discovery of the <br />conflict of interest. The staterænt of disclosure <br />shall be included in the official minutes of the <br />body. <br /> SECTION 2.
