That Section 29-54 of Chapter 29 of the <br /> Code of Ordinances of the City of San Marcos, Texas, be <br /> amended by deleting the present Section 29-54 and <br /> substituting the following: <br /> The driver of a vehicle involved in an <br /> accident resulting in injury or death of any <br /> person or damage to any vehicle to the extent <br /> that it cannot be normally and safely driven <br /> shall immediately by the quickest mea ns of <br /> communication give notice of such accident to <br /> the local police department if such accident <br /> occurs within the City of San Marcos. <br /> SECTION 2.
