Veramendi League No. 1, the N. <br />Hubbard Survey No. 35, and the Ed Burleson <br />Survey No. 63, in Hays County, Texas, this <br />parcel is shown on a plat of a survey dated 16 <br />November 1984 by Charles R. Swart, Surveyor, <br />and is more particularly described by metes <br />and bounds in the following paragraphs. The <br />aluminum capped iron monument cited is a 5/8" <br />diameter iron barf 24" long, with a 1 1/2" <br />diameter aluminum cap marked <br /> SAN NARCOS <br /> 1984 <br /> CHARLES R. SWART <br /> SURVEYOR <br />and with the identifying point number shown on <br />the plat and cited herein: <br />BEGINNING at a point in the J.B. Veramendi <br />League No. 1 at the point of intersection of <br />the centerline of Interstate Highway No. 35 <br />and the south line of that tract annexed by <br />the City of San Harcos by Ordinance No. <br />1963-9; from this point the point on the said <br />centerline at station lØ83+10 bears S44° <br />-Ø8.Ø'Wa distance of 3983.43 feet; <br />THENCE, from the point of beginning, S48° <br />-34.Ø'E along the south line of the tract <br />annexed by Ordinance No. 1963-9 a distance of <br />150.23 feet to the south corner of said tract, <br />which is marked with a 1/2" diameter iron bar; <br />this point is identical with a corner of that <br />tract anne~:ed by the City of San Marcos by <br />Ordinance No. 1970-14; <br />THENCE S44°-09.2'W along the northwest line of <br />that tract annexed by Ordinance No. 1970-14 a <br />distance of 2012.27 feet to the west corner of <br />that tract annexed by Ordinance No. 1970-14, <br />which is marked \'lith a 1/2" diameter iron bar <br />set in a concrete curb; <br />THENCE S44°-46.0'E along the southwest line of <br />the tract annexed by Ordinance No. 1970-14 a <br />distance of l0Ø.66 feet to point 149, which is <br />marked with an aluminum capped iron monument; <br />THENCE S44°-Ø8.Ø'W along a line parallel to <br />and 25Ø.ØØ feet distant from the centerline of <br />Interstate High\'lay No. 35 a distance of <br />2207.99 feet to point 138, which is marked <br />,.,i th an aluminum capped iron monument; this <br />line passes from the J.M. Veramendi League No. <br />1 into the N. Hubbard Survey No. 35 at <br />approximately Station l083+lØ. <br />THENCE, from point 138, S44°-Ø8.0'W a distance <br />of 6053.36 feet to point 139, which is marked <br />with an aluminum capped iron monument south of <br />Centerpoint Road; this line passes from the N. <br />Hubbard Survey Eo. 35 and into the Ed Burleson <br />Survey No. 63 at approximately Station <br />1126+30. <br />THENCE, from point 139, S44°-08.Ø'W a distance <br />of 296.96 feet to the south corner of this <br />l08.849Ø acre parcel, which is in a field and <br />is not monumented; <br />
