-4- A parcel of land containing l08.849Ø acres out of the J.M. Veramendi League No. 1, the N. Hubbard Survey No. 35, and the Ed Burleson Survey No. 63, in Hays County, Texas, this parcel is shown on a plat of a survey dated 16 November 1984 by Charles R. Swart, Surveyor, and is more particularly described by metes and bounds in the following paragraphs. The aluminum capped iron monument cited is a 5/8" diameter iron barf 24" long, with a 1 1/2" diameter aluminum cap marked SAN NARCOS 1984 CHARLES R. SWART SURVEYOR and with the identifying point number shown on the plat and cited herein: BEGINNING at a point in the J.B. Veramendi League No. 1 at the point of intersection of the centerline of Interstate Highway No. 35 and the south line of that tract annexed by the City of San Harcos by Ordinance No. 1963-9; from this point the point on the said centerline at station lØ83+10 bears S44° -Ø8.Ø'Wa distance of 3983.43 feet; THENCE, from the point of beginning, S48° -34.Ø'E along the south line of the tract annexed by Ordinance No. 1963-9 a distance of 150.23 feet to the south corner of said tract, which is marked with a 1/2" diameter iron bar; this point is identical with a corner of that tract anne~:ed by the City of San Marcos by Ordinance No. 1970-14; THENCE S44°-09.2'W along the northwest line of that tract annexed by Ordinance No. 1970-14 a distance of 2012.27 feet to the west corner of that tract annexed by Ordinance No. 1970-14, which is marked \'lith a 1/2" diameter iron bar set in a concrete curb; THENCE S44°-46.0'E along the southwest line of the tract annexed by Ordinance No. 1970-14 a distance of l0Ø.66 feet to point 149, which is marked with an aluminum capped iron monument; THENCE S44°-Ø8.Ø'W along a line parallel to and 25Ø.ØØ feet distant from the centerline of Interstate High\'lay No. 35 a distance of 2207.99 feet to point 138, which is marked ,.,i th an aluminum capped iron monument; this line passes from the J.M. Veramendi League No. 1 into the N. Hubbard Survey No. 35 at approximately Station l083+lØ. THENCE, from point 138, S44°-Ø8.0'W a distance of 6053.36 feet to point 139, which is marked with an aluminum capped iron monument south of Centerpoint Road; this line passes from the N. Hubbard Survey Eo. 35 and into the Ed Burleson Survey No. 63 at approximately Station 1126+30. THENCE, from point 139, S44°-08.Ø'W a distance of 296.96 feet to the south corner of this l08.849Ø acre parcel, which is in a field and is not monumented;
