<br /> January 31, 1985 <br /> SERVICE PLAN FOR ANNEXED AREA <br /> 108.849 Acres - I-35 South Strip <br />Pursuant to the provisions of Section 10, Article 970a, V.A.C.S., there is hereby <br />adopted for the proposed annexation area the following plan of service: <br />a. Police <br /> Patrolling, response to calls, and other routine police services using present <br /> personnel and equipment will be provided imœdiately on the effective date of <br /> annexation. <br />b. Fire <br /> Fire protection by the present personnel and equipment of the Fire Department <br /> within the limitations of available water, will be provided irrrnediately on the <br /> effective date of annexation. <br />c. Solid Waste Collection <br /> The same solid waste collection service now provided wi thin the City will be <br /> extended to the annexed area :i.m:nediately on the effective date of annexation <br /> upon the request of the property owners. <br />d. Maintenance of Water and Wastewater Facilities <br /> The standards and policies now established in the current City extension policies <br /> will be followed in maintaining and expanding the water and wastewater facilities <br /> in the annexed area. <br />e. Maintenance of Roads and Streets <br /> The same standards and policies now used in the present City will be followed <br /> in maintaining and expanding the roads and streets in the enlarged City. <br />
