<br />SECTION 1. 'That the following tract of real property located in
<br />San Marcos, Hays County, Texas, which was classified "PD"
<br />(Pre-Develcpment District) u¡;::on its annexation to the City of San
<br />Marcos on January 9,1984 and July 7,1984, henceforth shall be zoned
<br />as "R-l" (Single-Family welling District).

<br />PREPARED FROM HJBLIC RECORDS IN THE ROBERT CLEVER SURVEY, A-92,
<br />IN HAYS CDUNTY, TEXAS, BEING A roRTION OF THAT TRACT OF LAND
<br />DESCRIBED IN A DEED FROM ORIN A. HARRYMAN, ET UX, TO
<br />C.C. HUGHffiN DATED NOVEMBER 3, 1950 AND RECORDED IN VOLUME
<br />148, PAGE 139, OF THE HAYS COUN'IY DEED RECORDS, AND BEIN:;

<br />COMMENCING at a concrete monument in the northwest line of the
<br />aforereferenced C.Co Hughson tract, in the southeast line of
<br />that 206 acre tract of land described in a deed from C.B. Capron
<br />to John Eastwood dated April 25, 1900 as recorded in Vblume 39,
<br />Page 444 of the Hays County Deed Records, the north corner of
<br />Lot 39, Block D, Hughson Heights Addition I\!o. TWo as recorded in
<br />Volume 2, Page 171 of the Hays County Plat Records, saTre being
<br />the north corner of that 29.43 acre tract of land described in a
<br />deed from C.Co Hughson to Hughson Heights, Inc. dated October
<br />16,1980 and recorded in Volume 348, Page 660 of the Hays County
<br />Ißed Records;

<br />THENCE leaving the PLACE OF COMMENCEMENT and the Eastwood tract
<br />with the common line of the Hughson Heights Addition I\!o. TWo,
<br />the Hughson Heights, Inc. tract and the remainder of the Hughson
<br />393.66 acre tract, the following two courses:
