Mr. Guerra moved to table the matter to <br />make a request to the Tourist Development Committee for funding of <br />this exhibit booth and Mayor Younger seconded the motion, which passed <br />unanimously. <br /> <br />Mr. Brown moved the Council adjourn into Executive Session pursuant <br />to Article 6252-17, V.A.C.S., to discuss matters where the duties of <br />the City Attorney to the City pursuant to the Code of Professional Re- <br />sponsibility of the State Bar of Texas clearly conflicts with Article <br />6252-17; purchase of real property, respectively and Ms. Kissler second- <br />ed the motion, which passed unanimously (8:47 p.m.). <br /> <br />Mr. Farr moved the Council reconvene at 10:35 p.m. and Mayor Younger <br />Younger seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. <br /> <br />The meeting~journed at 10:37 p.m. on motion made by Mayor Younger and <br />seconded by Mr. Farr. <br /> <br /> <br />,- <br /> <br />Karl W.
