<br /> 124 <br /> RESOLUTION 1985-57R <br /> A REmLUTION OF THE CITY CODNCI L OF THE CITY OF SAN <br /> MARCOS, TEXAS APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF A <br /> PROIDSED INTERIOCAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF SAN <br /> MARCOS, TEXAS AND HAYS COUNTY, TEXAS, PERTAINING 'It) THE <br /> ENFORCEMENT OF PARKING REGULATIONS FOR VEHICLES PARKED <br /> ON COUNTY PROPERTY; AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR 'It) EXECUTE <br /> SAID AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF SAID CITY AND ANY AND <br /> ALL OTHER DOCUMENTS AND INSTRUMENTS INCIDENT 'It) THE <br /> PURIDSES THEREDF¡ AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to the Interlocal Cboperation Act, Article 4413 <br /> ( 32c ), V.T.C.S., as arænded, the City Cbunc il of the City of San <br /> Marcos, Texas desires to enter into an intergovernræntal agreerœnt <br /> with Hays County, Texas regarding governræntal functions and services, <br /> i.e., the enforcerœnt by said City of parking regulations for vehicles <br /> parked on Hays County property; now, therefore, <br /> BE IT REmLVED BY THE CITY COUNCI L OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br /> TEXAS: <br /> PART 1. That the terms and conditions of the proposed Contract <br /> For Performance Of Governræntal Functions And Services between the <br /> City of San Marcos, Texas and Hays County, Texas, a copy of which <br /> is attached hereto and incorporated herein for all purposes, are hereby <br /> approved. <br /> PART 2. That the Mayor of said City, Ð:mnie Craddock, be, and she <br /> is hereby, authorized to execute said Contract on behalf of said City <br /> and any and all other documents and instruments incident to the <br /> purposes thereof. <br /> PART 3.
