<br /> 40 <br /> RESOLUTION 1985-66R <br /> A REEDWTION OF 'IRE CITY COUNCI L OF 'IRE CITY OF SAN <br /> MARCOS, TEXAS, AMENDI NG THE FUTURE LAND USE PLAN (MAP) <br /> OF THE MASTER PLAN OF SAID CITY, ALL OF LOT NO.6 OF <br /> THE MUNICIPAL AIRroRT SUBDIVISION IN THE CITY OF SAN <br /> MARCOS, AS SHCWN ON THE MAP OR PLAT THEREDF RECORDED IN <br /> IN WWME 163 PAGE 160, DEED RECORDS OF HAYS CDUNTY, <br /> TEXAS, A/K/A 2409 I.H. 35 ffiUTH FROM" I" ( INDUSTRIAL) <br /> 10 "c" (COMMERCIAL) AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> WHEREAS, on July 16, 1985, the Joint Planning and Zoning <br /> canmissions of the City of San Marcos held a public hearing regarding a <br /> request to amend the Future Land Use Plan (Map) of the Master Plan <br /> from Industrial Use to Comrœrcial Use for all of IDt No. 6 of the <br /> Municipal Airport Subdivision in said City; and, <br /> WHEREAS, subsequent to said public hearing on said date, said <br /> Commi ss ions did, on July 16,1985, consider said request and voted <br /> to approve the same and have recomrœnded that such request be approved <br /> by the City Council of said City; and, <br /> WHEREAS, said City Council held a public hearing on the 26 day <br /> of August, 1985, regarding such request; and, <br /> WHEREAS, all requirements of the Master Plan pertaining to <br /> amen&nents have been met; and, <br /> WHEREAS, said City Council hereby finds and determines that the <br /> adoption of the following resolution is in the interest of the public <br /> health, morals, welfare and safety; now, therefore, <br /> BE IT REEDLVED BY THE CITY COUNCI L OF 'IRE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS: <br /> PART 1. That the following described tract of real property <br /> located in San Marcos, Hays County, Texas, which is In an area shown <br /> on the Future Land Use Plan (Map) of the Master Plan of the City of San <br /> Marcos as Industrial shall be shown on said map as Commercial: <br /> All of IDt No. 6 of the Municipal Airport Subdivision in the <br /> City of San Marcos, as shown on the map or plat thereof recorded <br /> in Volume 163, Page 160, Oged Records of Hays County, Texas. <br /> PART 2.
