<br /> 55 <br /> ORDINANCE 1985-87 <br /> AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br /> MARCOS, TEXAS, REPEALING ARTICLE III, DIVISIONS 1 AND 2 <br /> OF CHAPTER 22 (SECTIONS 22-44 THROUGH 22-64) OF THE <br /> CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS <br /> CONCERNING THE REGULATION OF rooL HALLS; AND DECLARING <br /> AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS: <br />SECTION 1. That Article III, rooL HALLS, Division 1, <br />Generally, and Division 2, License, of Chapter 22 (Sections <br />22-44 through 22-64) of the Code of Ordinances of the City of San <br />Marcos, Texas, is hereby repealed in its entirety. <br />SECTION 2.
