<br />exclusively to the name, location, products, persons, accomrrodations, <br />services, sale, lease, construction, or activities of or on those <br />premises where it is erected. <br />SECTION 3. That the importance of this Ordinance creates an <br />emergency and an irnpera ti ve public necessity to preserve the scenic <br />beauty of San Marcos and protect the welfare of its citizens so that <br />the provisions of the Charter requiring that ordinances shall be <br />presented at three separate meetings and that no ordinance shall become <br />effective until the expiration of ten days following the date of its <br />final passage be suspended and these provisions are hereby suspended, <br />and this Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force and effect <br />from and after its adoption and it shall be published in a newspaper of <br />general circulation within the City as provided in the City Charter. <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of September ,1985. <br /> ~:Ck <br /> Mayor <br />\ist: ~ <br />~" , :Jf~~ <br />J. nis K.
