<br /> 89 <br /> ORDINANCE 1985-94 <br /> AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, GRANTING THE <br /> PERMIT WITH CONDITIONS APPROVED BY THE <br /> PLANNING COMMISSION FOR THE SUNRIDGE <br /> PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT; AND DECLARING <br /> AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> SAN MARCOS, TEXAS: <br /> SECTION 1. That the permit approved by the <br /> Planning Commission for Sunridge Planned Unit <br /> Development is hereby granted subject to the following <br /> conditions: <br /> 1. The approval of the Site Development <br /> Application by the Director of Environment <br /> and Engineering, <br /> 2. A note to be shown on the plan and <br /> Final Plat for two (2) off-street parking <br /> spaces with free ingress/egress to be <br /> provided for each unit; and <br /> 3. that sidewalks as indicated on the <br /> final plat also be shown on the final site <br /> plan on both sides of the street and along <br /> Bishop. <br /> SECTION 2. That the site plan attached to this <br /> ordinance shall become part of the official zoning map <br /> of the City of San Marcos when the permit for the <br /> Sunridge Planned Unit Development is granted by the <br /> City Council. <br /> SECTION 3.
