<br />45 <br /> <br />Regular Meeting <br /> <br />November 24, 1986 <br /> <br />Page 8 <br /> <br />Mayor Younger introduced a discussion by the Engineering <br />Department regarding the establishment of a Citizens Storm <br />Drainage Advisory Board. Steve Jenkins reviewed with Council his <br />memorandum dated November 12, 1986 stating the need for such a <br />Board and the proposed goals and objectives of the Board, a copy <br />of said memorandum attached to these minutes. It was consensus <br />of the Council that a Board of seven members be established with <br />geographic distribution on a temporary basis.
