<br />RESIDENTIAL AND DEx::LARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

<br />WHEREAS, on August 20, 1985, the Joint Planning and
<br />Zoning Co¡nmissions of the City of San Marcos held a public hearing
<br />regarding a request to arænd the Future Land Use Plan (Map) of the
<br />Master Plan from Low Density Residential Use to Medium Density
<br />Residential Use for Lots 145-A, 146-A, l56-A, 155-A, 147-A,
<br />153-A, 149-A, l50-A and 152-A, Block 25, of the Resubdivision Of
<br />lots 145 Through 156 Of The \l€stover Addition, Block 25, To 145-A,
<br />146-A, 147-A, l49-A, 150-A, 15l-A, 152-A, 153-A, 155-A And 156-A Of The
<br />\l€stover Addition, Block 25, a subdivision in said City; and,
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, subsequent to said public hearing on said date, said
<br />Commissions did, on August 20,1985, consider said request and voted
<br />to approve the same and have recoITllrended that such request be approved
<br />by the City Council of said City; and,
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, said City Council held a public hearing on the 14 day
<br />of October 1985, regarding such request; and,
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, all requirements of the Master Plan pertaining to
<br />amendments have been met; and,
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, said City Council hereby finds and determines that the
<br />adoption of the following resolution is in the interest of the public
<br />health, morals, welfare and safety; now, t-herefore,
<br />
<br />BE IT REffiLVED BY THE CITI COUNCIL OF THE CITI OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS:
<br />
<br />PART 1. That the following described tract of real property
<br />located in San Marcos, Hays County, Texas, which is in an area shown
<br />on the Future Land Use Plan (Map) of the Master Plan of the Ci ty of San
<br />Marcos as Low Density Residential henceforth shall be shown on
<br />said map as Medium Density Residential:
<br />
<br />lots 145-A, 146-A, l56-A, 155-A, 147-A, 153-A, 149-A,
<br />150-A and 152-A, Block 25, of the Resubdivision Of lots 145
<br />Through 156 Of The \l€stover Addition, Block 25, To 145-A,
<br />146-A, l47-A, l49-A, 150-A, 151-A, 152-A, 153-A, 155-A And 156-A
<br />Of The \l€stover Addition, Block 25, a subdivision in the
<br />City of San Marcos, Texas, as shown on the map or plat thereof
<br />recorded in Volume 2, Page 160, Plat Records of Hays County,
<br />Texas.
<br />
<br />PART 2. That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect
<br />from and after its passage.
<br />
<br />ADOPTED this 14 day of October, 1985.
