<br /> 28 <br />THE STATE OF TEXAS <br /> CORRECTION DEED <br />THE COUNTY OF HAYS <br />KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THESE PRESENTS: <br /> That the City of San Marcos, Texas, a municipal corporation <br />of Hays County, existing by and under the authority of the State <br />of Texas, acting through its Mayor, Emmie Craddock, duly <br />1Uthorized by ordinance enacted on October 14, 1985 , hereina.fter <br />alled "Grantor", for and in consideration of the sum of Four <br />Thousand and One Dollars ($4,001.00), in hand paid by Lucy G. <br />Badillo, 1530 Belvin Street, Lot 1, San Marcos, Hays County, Texas <br />78666, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, has GRANTED, <br />SOLD AND CONVEYED, and by these presents does GRANT, SELL .L\ND <br />CONVEY, unto Lucy G. Badillo, Trustee for Teresa Ann Guerra, <br />Tricia Mae Guerra and Tina Marie Guerra, hereinafter called <br />Grantee", all the following described property, to-wit: <br /> Parts of Lots Numbers Seven (7) and Eight (8), in Block <br /> Number Seven (7) of the D.S. Combs Addition to said City <br /> according to plat of said addition recorded in Volume <br /> 42, Page 332 of the Hays County Deed Records and the <br /> property conveyed hereby is described by metes and <br /> bounds as follows: <br /> BEGINNING at the most eastern corner of said Lot Number <br /> Eight (8) in said Block Number Seven (7); <br /> THENCE North 45 degrees West with the northeast line of <br /> said Lot Number Eight (8), 50 feet for corner; <br /> THENCE South 45 degrees West, 105.83 feet for corner; <br /> THENCE South 45 degrees East, 50 feet to the southeast <br /> line of the said Lot Number Seven (7) on the northwest <br /> line of Valley Street for corner; <br /> THENCE North 45 degrees East with said line of Valley <br /> Street 105.83 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING; <br />TO HAVE AND HOLD the above-described premises, together with all <br />and singular, the rights and appurtenances thereto in anywise <br />belonging, unto the said Grantee, her successors and assigns <br />forever. <br />
