This request was made by IBM <br /> in connection with the warranties you will provide with the Copier. I <br /> am attaching hereto a copy of our bid specifications, which IBM re- <br /> cently bid on, and trust this will provide you with the needed infor- <br /> mation as to what we would expect your Copier to provide the City, <br /> with one exception. In our conversations with IBM, we have been <br /> advised the above Copier is designed and capable of running 140,000 <br /> copies per month, although our bid specifications were written to be <br /> provided a Copier that produces 100,000 copies per month. Since the <br /> IBM Series III, Model 60 Copier is designed to run 140,000 copies <br /> per month, we want you to warrant that it does so. <br /> If we can furnish any additional information, please feel <br /> free to call Hr. Allegro or me.
