<br /> -8- <br /> E. Lessee further covenants and agrees that it will not <br /> hold the City of San Marcos or any of its agents, employees, or <br /> airport commission members responsible for any loss occasioned <br /> by fire, theft, windstorm, hail, or from any other cause what- <br /> soever, whether said cause be the direct, indirect or merely <br /> a contributing factor in producing the loss to any aircraft, <br /> automobile, personal property, parts or surplus, that be <br /> located or stored in hangars, offices, parking areas or any <br /> other location at Airport; and Lessee agrees that the aircraft <br /> to be stored in the hangar and on the parking area provided <br /> for herein and their contents are the sole responsibility of the <br /> Lessee and Lessor is specifically released from, but without <br /> limitation, any liability or responsibility for setting of <br /> parking brakes, placing of chocks or blocks, and the tying down <br /> of and inspection of said aircraft. <br /> F. Lessor shall not be responsible or liable to Lessee <br /> or those claiming by, through, or under Lessee for any defects, <br /> latent or otherwise in the plans and specifications for construction <br /> of and operation of said aircraft storage hangar on parking area. <br /> G. Lessee shall give prompt notice to Lessor in case of <br /> fire or accident on the demised premises or of defects in the <br /> runways, taxiways, lighting systems or other Airport operations <br /> of which Lessee may be aware. <br /> H. In case Lessor shall, without fault on its part, be <br /> made a party to any litigation commenced by or against Lessee, <br /> then Lessee shall protect and hold Lessor harmless and shall pay <br /> all costs, expenses and reasonable attorney's fees. <br /> XVII. <br /> Lessor shall have the right to enter the demised premises <br /> at all times and to inspect all phases of construction of said <br /> aircraft storage hangar and parking areas and Lessee covenants <br /> and agrees that it will permit such entrance by Lessor at all <br /> time s. All plans, specifications and construction of said hangar <br /> and parking area shall be subject to Lessor's final approval <br /> and shall be in compliance with all rules and regulations and <br />
