70 Regular Meeting December 8, 1986 Page 9 Mr. Farr moved the Council adjourn into Executive Session pursuant to Article 6252-17, §§2(e) and (g), V.A.C.S., to discuss pending liti- gation (Slater vs. City), contemplated litigation and matters where the duties of the City Attorney to the City pursuant to the Code of Pro- fessional Responsibility of the State Bar of Texas clearly conflicts with Article 6252-17 (Rio Vista Dam contract; Telephone Company franchise agreement); duties of a public officer or employee and complaints or charges against a public officer or employee, respectively and for the Council and Civil Service Commission to adjourn into Execu- tive Session pursuant to Addendum II to this Agenda, pursuant to Article 6252-17, §§2(e) and (g), V.A.C.S., to discuss pend~ng lit~- gation (Slater vs. City); and complaints or charges against a public officer or employee, respectively, and Mayor Younger seconded the motion, which passed unanimously (9:30 p.m.) Ms. Kissler moved the Council reconvene at 11:50 p.m. and Mayor Younger seconde d the motion, which passed unanimously. Mayor Younger introduced an Addendum to the Agenda, discuss and consider policy statement regarding City Officials and Employees. The Council advised that if the requested information would take more than one hour to prepare, then it would require consensus of the Council before being done.
