<br /> 75 <br /> RESOLUTION 1985-l04R <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS APPROVING THE <br /> TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF AN AGREEMENT WITH <br /> MAXWELL WATER SUPPLY CORPORATION; <br /> AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR 'ro EXECUTE SAID <br /> AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF SAID CITY; AND <br /> DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> WHEREAS, the City of San Marcos, Texas desires to enter <br /> into an agreement with Maxwell Water Supply Corporation to <br /> establish an orderly transfer of portions of Maxwell's Texas <br /> Public Utilities Commission certified water service area to <br /> said City upon annexation of said service areas; now, <br /> therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br /> MARCOS, TEXAS: <br /> PART 1. That the terms and conditions of a proposed <br /> agreement with Maxwell Water Supply Corporation, a copy of <br /> which is attached hereto and incorporated herein for all <br /> purposes, to establish an orderly transfer of portions of <br /> Maxwell's Texas Public Utilities Commission certified water <br /> service area to said City upon annexation of said service <br /> areas are hereby in all things approved. <br /> PART 2. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute <br /> said agreement on behalf of said City. <br /> PART 3.
