<br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY 'IRE CITY COUNCIL OF 'IRE CITY OF SAN ~1ARCOS, TEXAS:
<br /> SECTION 1. That the following described tract of real property
<br /> located in San Marcos, Hays County, Texas, which was classified "PD"
<br /> (Pre-Develo~nent District) upon its annexation to the Ci ty of San
<br /> Marcos on January 9, 1984, henceforth shall be zoned as "MF-2"
<br /> (Multi-Family District):
<br /> BEING 17.96 ACRES OF LAND, MORE OR LESS, OUT OF 'IRE
<br /> ROBERT CLEVER SURVEY, A-92, HAYS COUNTY, TEXAS, BEING A
<br /> FORTI ON OF 'IRAT TRACT OF LAND DESCRIBED IN A DEED FROM
<br /> ORIN A. HARRYMAN 'ill C. C. HUGHSON DATED NOVEMBER 3, 1950 AND
<br /> RECORDED IN VOLUME 148, PAGE 139, HAYS COUNTY DEED
<br /> RECORDS, AND BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRI BED BY METES AND
<br /> POUNDS COMFUTED FROM FUBLIC RECORDS AS FDLWWS, 'IO-WIT:
<br /> BEGINNING at the most Northerly corner of Hughson Heights
<br /> Addition No.2, a subdivision of Record in Book 2, Page 171,
<br /> Hays County Plat Records, for the "West corner of the tract
<br /> herein described, being on the Northwest line of the said Clever
<br /> Survey the Southwest line of the said T.H.W. Fors i th Survey,
<br /> A-173, as fenced and used upon the ground;
<br /> 'IRENCE, leaving the said Hughson Heights Addition No.2, with
<br /> 1:-he said Clever/Forsith, N 45° 06' 08" E, 1179.62 feet to the
<br /> North corner of the tract herein described;
<br /> 'IRENCE, leaving the Survey line as fenced and used upon the
<br /> ground, S 46° 31' 07" E, at 630.25 feet passing the Northwest
<br /> line of the proposed extension of L.B. Johnson Drive as shown by
<br /> the plat of the said Hughson Heights Addition No. 2 and
<br /> continuing on, in all, 690.27 feet to the East corner of the
<br /> tract herein described, same being on the Southeast line of the
<br /> said proposed extension of L.B. Johnson Drive;
<br /> THENCE, with the Southeast line of the said proposed extension
<br /> of LB. ,Johnson Drive the following courses numbered (1) and
<br /> ( 2);
<br /> (1) S 45°06' 08" W, 734.12 feet to the mint of Curvature
<br /> to the right;
<br /> (2) 394.91 feet along the arc of the said curve to the right,
<br /> having a radius of 1114.18 feet, a central angle of 20°18' 29"
<br /> and a chord which bears, S 55 ° 15 I 22" W, 392.85 feet to the
<br /> mint Of Tangency, same being on the East line of the
<br /> aforementioned Hughson Heights Addition No.2;
<br /> 'IRENCE, leaving the said proposed extension of L B. Johnson
<br /> Dri ve, with the East line of the said Hughson Heights Add i tion
<br /> No. 2, N 52 ° 05' 22" W, 625.66 feet to the mint of æginning
<br /> containing 17.96 acres of land, more or less. Field Note
