<br /> (Pre-Development District) upon its annexation to the City of San
<br /> Marcos on January 9, 1984 and July 7, 1984,henceforth shall be
<br /> zoned as "DP-2" (D.1plex District):

<br /> BÐ:;INNING at the most Northerly v\est corner of the
<br /> tract herein described, being on the East line of Hughson
<br /> Heights Mdition No. 2, a subdivision of record in Ebok 2,
<br /> Page 171, Hays County Plat Records, same being at the
<br /> Point of CUrvature of a curve to the left, in the Southeast
<br /> line of the proposed extension of L.B. Johnson Drive as
<br /> shown on the plat of the said Hughson Heights Mdition No.
<br /> 2 and from which the most Northerly corner of the said
<br /> Hughson Heights Mdition No.2, bears N 52 ° 05' 22" W,

<br /> with the said proposed extension of L. B. Johnson Drive, the

<br /> (1) 394.91 feet along the arc of the said curve to the left,
<br /> having a radius of 1114.18 feet a central angle of 20° 18' 29"
<br /> and a chord which bears, N 55 ° 15' 22" E, 392.85 feet to the

<br /> (2) N 45 °06' 08" E, 871.37 feet to the North corner of the
<br /> tract herein described same being at the intersection of the
<br /> said L.B. Johnson Drive with the proposed extension of North
<br /> L.B.J. Drive same being a proposed 75 foot Right-of-Way, being
<br /> on the Northeast line of the said Clever survey, the Southwest
