<br /> located in San Marcos, Hays County, Texas, which is presently zoned
<br /> "R-1" (Single-Family IMelling District) henceforth shall be rezoned
<br /> "DP-l" (Duplex District):
<br /> BEING 4.00 ACRES OF LAND MORE OR LESS, OUT OF THE ROBERT
<br /> CLEVER SJRVEY, A-92, HAYS COUNTY, TEXAS, BEING A PORTION OF
<br /> 'IRAT TRACT OF LAND DESCRIBED IN A DEED FROM ORIN A. HARRYMAN

<br /> VOLUME 148, PAGE 139, OF 'IRE HAYS COUNTY DEED RECORDS, AND
<br /> BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED BY METES AND BOUNDS COMPUTED
<br /> FROM FUBLIC RECORDS AS FOLLOWS, 'IO-WIT:
<br /> BEGINNING at an Easterly Southeast corner of Hughson Heights
<br /> Addition No. 2, a subdivision of record in Book 2, Page 171,
<br /> Hays County Plat Records, for the East corner of the tract
<br /> herein described and from which the most Northerly corner of the
<br /> said Hughson Heights Addition No. 2 bears, N 29°07' 58" W,
<br /> 1130.44 feet;
<br /> 'IRENCE, leaving the said Hughson Heights Addition No.2, S 240
