<br /> Preliminary Water Service Master P1an for the <br /> North San Marcos Servi ce Area <br /> This preliminary water master plan presents the major improvements <br /> and cost estimates for a centralized water system, designed to meet the <br /> projected water demands within the North San Marcos Service Area over a <br /> 20-year planning period. The North San Marcos Service Area covers <br /> approximately 25 square miles of land on both sides of IH 35. It extends from <br /> the southern I imits of the City of Kyle extraterritorial jurisdiction (ET J) into <br /> the northern corporate limits of the City of San Marcos. Table 1 indicates the <br /> watersheds and acreages which would be servable within the North San <br /> Marcos Service Area. <br /> Table 1.
