A preliminary design for faciHties, including phasing of construction, was prepared in order to meet the projected wastewater demand for the 20-year planning horizon. The plan includes two gravity interceptors serving both sides of IH 35 and a combined interceptor leading to the wastewater treatment plant site. Colìstruction cost estimates were calculated for each facility. The estimates were based on unit costs for facility components in 1985 dollars. Coot ingency costs of 15% and engineering costs of 10% of construct ion were included. By 1995, lift c;t.3tion~ and force mains serving the Sink Creek basin and south of the wastewater treatment plant are to be constructed.
