<br /> SECTION 1. That the following described tract of real property
<br /> located In San Marcos, Hays County, Texas, which is presently zoned
<br /> "M" (Single, Duplex, and Neighborhood Businesses District) henceforth
<br /> shall be rezoned "MF-4" (Multi-Family District):

<br /> CDUNTY DEED RECORDS, AND BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED BY

<br /> BEGINNING at an iron stake found with alwninum cap set by
<br /> Charles R. Swartz, under a chain link fence, saræ being the
<br /> Northwest line of Old fust Foad, the South corner of a tract of
<br /> land conveyed to Frederick H. Vance by Torn C. Espinoza,
<br /> individually and as independent executor of the will and estate
<br /> of Fannie Arnold Riley by deed dated October 6, 1960, and
<br /> recorded in Volume 183, Pa:;:¡e 586, Hays County ~ed Records, for
<br /> the East corner of the tract herein described;
<br /> THENCE, leaving the said Vance tract with said chain link fence,
<br /> the said Old fust Road, S 44°52' W, 82.31 feet to an iron stake
<br /> found with aluminum cap set by Charles R. SWartz for the most
<br /> Southerly Eastern corner of the tract herein described, saræ
<br /> being the East corner of that tract of land as conveyed to J.E.
<br /> Gary, et ux, by W.~v. Gray by deed dated August 26,1960 and
<br /> recorded in VOlume 133, Page 289, Hays County ~ed Records;
<br /> THENCE, leaving the said Old fust Road, with chain link fence,
<br /> the Northeast line of the said J.E. Gary tract, the following
<br /> courses numbered (1) through (3):
<br /> (1) N 47°21' W, 148.44 feet to a iron fence post;
<br /> (2) S 45°15' W, 23.51 feet to a iron fence post;
<br /> (3) N 46°41' W, 26.94 feet to a iron fence post, for a re-
<br /> entrant corner of the tract herein described, same being the
<br /> North corner of the said J.E. Gary tract;
<br /> THENCE, leaving the said chain link fence~ with the 1'brthwest
<br /> line of the said J.E. Gary tract, S 43 23' W, 80.49 feet to a
<br /> iron stake found with a aluminum cap set by Charles R. SWartz,

<br /> the tract herein described, same being the Northeast line of a
