<br />A tract of land called ~ acres of land out of the Joel Miner Survey and also
<br />being out of the Eastern portion of a tract called 339.0 acres, called Second Tract,
<br />recorded in Volume 95, Page 493, said 339.0 acre tract being out of a tract called
<br />555.0 acres described in Volume 94, Page 577 all of the Deed Records of Hays County,
<br />Texas, and a tract of land called 328.824 acres of land being approximately 328.624
<br />acres out of the Joel Miner Survey ~oximatelY 0.20 acres out of the William
<br />Ward Survey No.3 and being 104.335 acres out of Tract Three, called 111.64 acres,
<br />described in Partition Deed recorded in Volume 125, Page 70-73, and being 75.918
<br />acres out of Tract Two, called 76.89 acres, described in Volume 125, Page 70~ and
<br />also being Tract Two, recorded in Volume 397, Page 566, and also being 148.571 acres
<br />out of a tract called 150.0 acres described in Volume 114, Page 3~ also
<br />described as Tract One 1n Volume 397, Page 566, all are recorded in said Deed Records
<br />of Hays County, Texas, and a tract of land called approximately 82.284 acres out of
<br />the Joel Miner Survey and approximately 5.0 acres out of the Will Lam Ward Survey No.
<br />3 and also being out of Tract 4, called 93.95 acres, described in Volume 125, Pages
<br />70-73 of said Deed Records of Hays County, Texas, and being more particularly
