<br /> 8 <br /> RESOLUTION 1985-112R <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS APPROVING THE <br /> TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF A PROPOSED CON- <br /> TRACT WITH JEFFREY H. KESTER, ARCHITECT, <br /> FOR THE PROVISION TO SAID CITY OF ARCHI- <br /> TECTURAL SERVICES IN CONNECTION WITH THE <br /> RENOVATION OF DUNBAR RECREATION CENTER <br /> PROJECT; AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXE- <br /> CUTE SAID CONTRACT; AND DECLARING AN <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of San Marcos, <br /> Texas desires to enter into a contract with Jeffrey H. <br /> Kester, Architect, for his provision to said City of <br /> architectural services in connection with the Renova- <br /> tion of Dunbar Recreation Center Project in said City; <br /> now, therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> SAN MARCOS, TEXAS: <br /> PART 1. That the terms and conditions of that pro- <br /> posed contract between said City and Jeffrey H. Kester, <br /> Architect, a copy of which is attached hereto and incor- <br /> porated herein for all purposes, for his provision to <br /> said City of architectural services in connection with <br /> the Renovation of Dunbar Recreation Center Project in <br /> said City, are hereby approved. <br /> PART 2. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to <br /> execute said contract on behalf of said City. <br /> PART 3.
