Technical Level I time at the fixed rate of twenty-four dollars and no cents <br /> ($24.00jhr) per hour. For purpose of this Agreement, Technical Level I <br /> personnel include: <br /> Langford Metzger, Senior Draftsman <br /> 4. Technical Level II time at the fixed rate of seventeen dollars and no cents <br /> ($17 .OOjhr) per hour.
