V ERAM END I LEAGUE NO. 1, HAYS COUNTY, TEXAS, LOCATED NORTHEAST OF IDNDER IDRID DRIVE ADJACENT 10 THE CHURCH OF LATTER DAY SAINTS FROM "R-l" (SINGLE-FAMILY DWELLING DIS'IRICT) 10 MF-4 (MULTI-FAMILY DIS'IRICT) AND DæLARING AN EFFæTIVE DATE. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF '!HE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS: SæTION 1. That the following described tract of real property located in San Marcos, Hays County, Texas, which is presently zoned "R-l" (Single-Family J);.¡e lli ng District) henceforth shall be rezoned "MF-4" (Multi-Family District): 0.867 OF AN ACRE OF LAND SI'IUATED IN A 'IRACT CALLED 5.325 ACRES IN A CONVEYANCE 10 THE CORIDRATION OF THE PRESIDING BI SHOP OF THE CHURCH OF JESUS CHRIST OF LATTER DAY SAI NTS RæORDED IN VOLUME 326, PAGE 853, DEED RECORDS, CITY OF SAN MARCOS, J .M. V ERAM END I LEAGUE NO. 1, HAYS OJUNTY , TEXAS, AND DESCRI BED BY METES AND roUNDS AS FOLLOWS: BffiINNING at an iron pin found marking the south corner of this tract, the east corner of a tract called 1.822 acres in a conveyance recorded in va 1 urne 331, page 335, deed records; '!HENCE N 45 ° 22' W 292.5 feet to a brass cap marker found and N 45 °24' W 50.88 feet to an iron pin set for the west corner of this tract; THENCE N 45°02' E 110.0 feet to an iron pin set for the north corner of this tract; THENCE S 45 ° 22' 18" E 343.38 feet to an iron pin set for the east corner of this tract; '!HENCE S 45 °02' W 110.0 feet to the PLACE OF BffiINNING and containing 0.867 of an acre of land. That this Ordinance shall be in effect ten (10) days from and after its passage and it shall be published in a newspaper of general circulation in the area as required by the Charter of the City of San Marcos, Texas.
