<br /> October 12, 1983 <br /> SERVICE PLAN FOR ANNEXED AREA <br /> HUGHSON PARK TRACT <br /> 41. 6 acres - Adjacent to Hughson Heights II Subdivision <br /> Pursuant to the provlslons of Section 10, Article 907a, <br /> V.A.C.S., there is hereby adopted for the proposed <br /> annexation area the following plan of serVlce: <br /> 1. Police <br /> Patrolling, response to calls, and other <br /> routine police services uslng present personnel <br /> and equipment will be provided immediately <br /> on the effective date of annexation. <br /> 2. Fire <br /> Fire protection by the present personnel and <br /> equipment of the Fire Department, within the <br /> limitations of available water, will be provided <br /> immediately on the effective date of annexation. <br /> 3. Solid Waste Collection <br /> The City of San Marcos does not provide for <br /> solid waste pickup. Arrangements for solid <br /> waste collection will have to be made with <br /> private haulers. <br /> 4. Maintenance of Water and í.vastewater Facilities <br /> The standards and policies now established In <br /> the current City Extension Policies will be followed <br /> in maintaining and expanding the water and waste- <br /> water facilities In the annexed area. <br /> 5. Maintenance of Roads and Streets <br /> The same standards and policies now used by the <br /> City will be followed in maintaining and expanding <br /> public roadways and streets in the enlarged city <br /> limits. Currently, there are no public streets <br /> within the Hughson Park Tract. In the event that <br /> public roads are provided on the tract, maintenance <br /> will be provided by the City upon acceptance of <br /> said streets by the City. <br />
