S71°01'20"W 331.63 feet to an angle point, and <br /> 6. S43°05'30"E 555.49 feet to a point in the common <br /> northwest line of F.M. Hwy. No. 2439 and the <br /> southeast line of the 82.06 acre tract; <br /> THENCE with the common northwest line of F.M. Hwy. No. <br /> 2439 and the southeast line of the 82.06 acre tract, <br /> the following two courses: <br /> 1. S46°54'30"W 140.27 feet to an iron rod found <br /> at Engineer's Station 126+03.9 for an angle <br /> point and <br /> 2. S45°42'39"W 305.85 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING. <br /> There are contained within these metes and bounds <br /> 10.76 acres, more or less, of land area as pre- <br /> pared from public records during September, 1983 <br /> by David C.
